Q: How do I book the studio?

You can book directly through our website or via platforms like Tagvenue. Alternatively, drop us a message, or Whatapp us and we’ll assist you personally.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Q: Can I book outside regular hours?

Yes, early morning or late-night bookings may be arranged upon request. Additional charges may apply.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and credit card payments.

Q: Is a deposit required?

Yes. For bookings above $1000, a 50% deposit is required to secure your slot. For bookings below $1000, full payment is required upon confirmation. This helps us lock in your preferred date and prepare the studio accordingly.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once (subject to availability).

We currently offer:

Q: Can I rearrange the furniture or set up my own layout?

Yes, our open-plan design is flexible. Please restore the layout after use or let us know if you need help.

Q: Is natural lighting available?

Yes, our studio has large windows that allow plenty of natural light. Blackout curtains are also available.

Q: Do you provide lighting and gear?

We offer optional gear rentals including camera, lights, tripods, stands, and microphones. Let us know your needs in advance.

Q: Can I cook in the Functional Kitchen?

Absolutely. The kitchen is fully functional and perfect for cooking shows, food styling, or demo shoots. Please inform us in advance if heavy cooking is involved.

Q: Is someone from your team onsite?

Yes, a studio host will be present or nearby to assist with check-in and basic support. If you need technical crews, we will be able support with additional charges.

Q: What time can I arrive for setup?

You may arrive at your booked start time. If you need extra time for setup, please include that in your booking hours.

Q: Is there parking available?

Yes, pay parking is available nearby. We will provide details in your confirmation email.

 

Q: Can I bring my own crew and equipment?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own team and gear.

Q: Do I need to clean up after the shoot?

While we take care of the post-shoot cleaning, a cleaning fee is applied to all bookings. We do ask that you leave the space tidy and handle your equipment and belongings responsibly.

Q: Can I book editing or post-production services?

Yes, we offer add-on services including editing, color grading, and social media clip creation. Let us know your needs before the shoot day.

Q: Will you feature our shoot on your social media?

We’d love to with your permission. Let us know if you’re open to being featured.
